Offering occupational therapy, speech therapy, and different special education (SpED) programs to individuals with exceptionalities.
The programs were developed and provided by committed, compassionate & competent professionals, devoted to the holistic growth of each individual.
IDCEC is founded and operated by professionals that did not only acquire their skills and knowledge from working their way through their degrees and licenses from the top universities but from their experiences working with exceptional individuals from different parts of the world.
We take pride in what we offer and what we can do for your children; Commitment, compassion and competence with high value of integrity are the primary pillars of our practices. We are passionate about helping improve the life of individuals with exceptionalities and assisting their parents and families to cope with the specific needs of their children and/or family members.

What we believe in.
IDCEC has always been active in doing community services as a way of passing the blessings forward. This generosity has benefited Cottolengo Filipino,an orphanage for abandoned and neglected individuals with disabilities.
It is a private non-stock, non-profit religious orphanage owned by Little Works of Divine Providence Congregation. Integrity Development Center for Exceptional Children hand in hand with Cottolengo Filipino wishes to make a difference in the lives of these children.
Integrity Development Center for Exceptional Children (IDCEC) is a trailblazer in developing innovative programs to reach the potentials of children with special educational needs. IDCEC promotes authentic inclusion in schools and bigger communities. We offer the full range of educational programs and support programs. These services range from early intervention to vocation. All of these in collaboration with our growing network of agencies from the private and public sectors.
